A wall that counts every hit
Put your phone behind you and practise against the wall. HitWall finds every touch, shows where you land and how you improve week after week. No coach, no internet.
Android 10 and newer
Great streak! Keep it up.

How it works
Three simple steps turn wall practice into a game with progress.
Set up your phone
Mount it behind you on a tripod or a fence, then trace your part of the wall with a finger. Nothing to type in.
Play
Record right in the app or import a video from your gallery. Play as usual — the app does the rest.
Watch yourself grow
Touches, hits in your target zone, best streaks and a replay of every shot — plus a kind word from the turtle mascot.
What you will see
Everything that usually stays “by feel”, gathered into clear cards.
Touches and accuracy
The app finds most of the ball’s touches on the wall and shows how many landed in your zone and how many did not, plus your best streak in a row.
Rallies and replays
Every run without losing the ball is its own rally. Replay any shot in a loop, slow it down, step frame by frame and share it.
Shot type
Forehand, backhand or serve — recognised from how you move. We keep improving this.
Ball speed
A rough estimate of the ball’s speed towards the wall, for example “≈ 76 km/h”. It is a guide to compare yourself with yourself, not a radar reading.
Progress on three axes
Power, accuracy and consistency for the chosen period, shown next to the previous one. You can see what got better.
Day streak and goals
Practise several days in a row and keep your streak, like in your favourite learning apps. The app suggests a goal for your next session.
See how you grow
Progress here is not about mistakes — it is about growth. The app compares you with your earlier self and celebrates your best moments, so you want to come back to the wall.
- A week, a month, three months or all time — pick the period.
- A “Power · Accuracy · Consistency” triangle against the previous period.
- Charts for each session and the share of forehands, backhands and serves.
Coming soonChallenges and drills
We are preparing short goals with a clear target and wall-practice programmes. They are still in development — here is how they will look.

Drills
Practice programmes with a description and a goal. Completion is counted from the video — no manual entry.
- Cross-court forehand into the right half
- Alternating forehand and backhand
- Analysis overnight while charging
- A fast mode for less powerful phones
Mock-up. Challenges and timing may change

It all stays on your phone
Your practice videos are personal. HitWall is built so they never need to go anywhere.
No internet
Analysis runs only on your phone. The app has no internet access.
No accounts
No sign-up, no login. You just practise.
No ads, no analytics
We are not interested in what you do in the app — and we do not collect it.
Your videos stay yours
Recordings live in your phone’s gallery, in the HitWall album.
How to film
A few simple rules for more accurate results.
Phone behind you
About 1–1.5 m high: on a tripod or a fence.
Your whole part of the wall in frame
So both the ball and the entire wall are visible.
60 frames per second
Needed to catch the moment of impact. 720p, 1080p and 4K all work.
Phone in landscape
Shoot horizontally.

Frequently asked questions
Which phones are supported?
Android 10 and newer. It works best on flagship and mid-range phones. Analysis starts after your session and runs in the background while you rest.
Do I need internet?
No. Analysis runs right on your phone, and the app itself has no internet access.
How much does it cost?
We will announce the terms closer to launch, and we will explain exactly how it works here.
Is there an iPhone version?
No. HitWall is Android-only for now.
Do I need a net line on the wall?
No. If there is no line, just tell the app so — the scale is worked out from the ball.
How accurately does it count hits?
It finds most touches automatically. Shot type and ball speed are estimates — good for comparing yourself with yourself from session to session.
